Finished my Jack Frost hoodie today.

One week work. But it was worth it. I am quite proud of the hoodie. :)
Hopefully I’ll get the pants this week and finish the whole thing until weekend. I’m not sure when and where I can wear it the first time…

Wish me luck that it snows again!

Tools used:
Marabu Glitter-Liner (570), Snow-spray

This is absolutely gorgeous! I am gonna go get me a plain hoodie today to start my work! :D

Tell me please, can the hoodie be washed after painted like this, say, with acrylic paint or a glitter liner? Or does it need some kind of an extra protection? Thanks in advance! :)

Thanks a lot :)
I have a tutorial too if you need some help ^^

If you use the Marabu Glitter Liner it will be washable after ironing it. Still I would recommend washing it via hand and not in the machine. I don't really trust the washing machine when it comes to this XD

Ah, I NEVER trust the washing mashine with my beloved pieces of clothing. I always wash them by hand, even the simpler and cheaper ones, because I love them! :3

Thank you so much for the info, now I just have to find that brand of liner... or are ALL fabric liners waterproof? Sorry for bombing you with questions, I'm just really excited about making my own! ^^;

Good! Very good! :)

No problem at all. I am glad whenever I can help.
Normally all fabric liners should be waterproof (most of them have to get ironed after applying). Usually it's written in their description. I am afraid MARABU is only available in austria and germany. But maybe amazon has them too ^^

Haha, if I get too desperate, I might swing by to Austria... I live in Hungary you know! :D

Oh, good to know, I'll go see if I can find something like these in my local stores. If not, TO THE INTERNET! :D

Oh, that's quite near! Cool! In austria you shouldn't have a problem to find those liners :D

Yeah! :D

I think I managed to find a Hungarian store selling Marabu stuff. Does this one in the picture on the right look like yours? What does it say on the liner itself (exact name)?
