So this is how it looks so far.
Sorry for the bad quality. My phone messed up the contrast a bit .. it's not so extreme actually :/

Whatever. My Jack Frost hoodie! I can just say: Thank you, science, for inventing spray-snow!

UPDATE:
Guess I'll make a tutorial and MAYBE I'll offer commissions :)

EDIT (because I don't want to continue explaining it in every second comment ID):
I used white kohl for the fine lines (sounds stupid, works great and doesn't get rubbed off so easily as you may think BUT in the future I'll use cloth-chalk or whatsitcalled because it's simply better FIXED), silver and blue glittering glue and fake snow (spray) :)

Oh, that's cool.
I envy people who come from countries where Halloween is such a big deal. Nearly nobody celebrates it here. And nobody dresses up except for parties. :/
When I was a kid we only celebrated samhain on this day with a huge fire haha

Where do you live? Halloween is mostly celebrated around the world. But, not to often. Only it's mostly common in America
